Shipping Policy

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner.  
This allows us to minimize waste and produce responsibly.

Fulfillment Time:
- Apparel: 2–5 business days
- Accessories & Prints: 2–4 business days

U.S. Shipping Time:
- Standard: 3–6 business days

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates:
- Calculated at checkout
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Elm Tribe is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  
However, we understand this can happen. If your package says “Delivered” but is missing, contact us within 7 days.  
As a one-time courtesy, we may offer a replacement after reviewing the situation.

Incorrect Addresses:
We cannot refund or reship orders returned due to a customer entering an incorrect address.  
If this happens, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

International Orders:
Customs fees or import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
