Thank you for shopping with Elm Tribe.  
Each item is made-to-order just for you, which helps us reduce waste and create responsibly.  
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or the item not being what you expected.

Please review size guides carefully before ordering.

We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- A manufacturing error occurred

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:  
support@elmtribe.com  

Please include:
- Your order number  
- Photos of the issue  
- A brief explanation  

We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Situations:
- Size does not fit  
- Change of mind  
- Color differences caused by screen variations  
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information  
- Sale items  

Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be cancelled.
