Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, change of mind, or color differences. Please check the size guide before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number. We will replace it at no cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have entered production, usually within a few hours of purchase.

What if my package is marked “Delivered” but I didn't receive it?

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but it is missing, please contact us within 7 days.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement.

How long does shipping take?

Fulfillment takes 2–5 business days, and U.S. shipping usually takes 3–6 business days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Why does my item ship separately?

Some products are fulfilled at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
If it stops updating for more than 7 days, contact us and we will investigate.

How does the donation system work?

We donate a portion of each sale to One Tree Planted, a nonprofit dedicated to global reforestation. Every purchase you make helps plant a tree and support forest restoration.
